NEW DELHI: Yamaha Motor India marked a high-octane milestone with the successful organization of the 3S Grand Prix 2024–25, a nationwide initiative that culminated in an intense national-level showdown. Bringing together the three pillars of its business—Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S)—the Grand Prix served as a performance excellence competition among Yamaha’s dealer staff from across the country.

The multi-tiered contest was designed to enhance customer satisfaction, boost internal capability, and celebrate the contributions of frontline staff. Starting with zonal qualifiers, the 3S Grand Prix attracted participation from hundreds of dealership teams nationwide, all competing for top honors in their respective domains.

The national finale, held in Chennai, witnessed fierce yet friendly competition as finalists showcased their knowledge, customer service expertise, and technical skills. From service advisors to sales executives and spare parts managers, each category highlighted Yamaha’s commitment to delivering quality and consistency across its dealership network.
