NEW DELHI: Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with People 360D to offer an integrated platform aimed at accelerating the growth of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India. The collaboration combines Smartworks’ large-scale managed office infrastructure with People 360D’s AI-powered talent acquisition and deployment capabilities, enabling global enterprises to seamlessly build, staff, and scale their India operations with greater speed, efficiency, and reduced execution risk.
The partnership is positioned as a plug-and-play growth engine, addressing the two most critical components of GCC expansion—workspace and talent. By bringing these traditionally siloed functions together, the alliance allows organisations to set up high-performance teams across multiple cities within compressed timelines, significantly improving operational agility.

India’s GCC market, currently valued at around $65 billion, has witnessed a significant transformation, with over 2,000 centres operating across approximately 263 million square feet. These centres are increasingly driving global product engineering, R&D, and digital transformation mandates. As enterprises focus on speed-to-market, employee experience, and multi-city expansion—including Tier-1 and Tier-2 locations—the demand for integrated solutions like this partnership is expected to grow.
