NEW DELHI: Sify Infinit Spaces Limited (SISL), a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Sify Technologies Limited (Nasdaq: Sify), has announced the appointment of Mr. Mark Adams as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director on its Board.
Mr. Adams is a globally recognized data center technology advisor and M&A strategist with extensive experience in communications infrastructure and technology. He previously served as Chief Development Officer at Equinix for a decade, overseeing revenue growth from $33.87B to $396.64B, leading corporate strategy, M&A, and real estate investment initiatives.
Currently, he serves as a Senior Advisor to Global Infrastructure Partners (BlackRock) and as a Board Advisor for Cyrus One and True IDC. He is also a founder and director of Kasi Cloud, a data center start-up in Nigeria, and director at 10,000 Degrees, a Bay Area non-profit supporting educational opportunities for low-income students. Additionally, Mr. Adams lectures at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
